Description
This is to lessen the exponential disparity that happens between 1 tier to the next.

The mod does the following changes:
* The HP gained per rank for Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 4 units becomes 8 (same as tier 3s) instead of T1s getting +4, T2s getting +6, and T4s getting +10.

* At Legend Rank, Tier 1 units gain +1 defense, resistance, and their base HP becomes the base HP of T2s.
* Tier 2 Units, at Legend Rank, will gain +20% damage, +1 defense, resistance, and additionally gain the 3 status resistance that T3s have.
**+20% damage will cause their attacks to do slightly less than those of T3.

Note: The reason T2s get +20% and T1s get none is because it can't be ignored that T1s are much cheaper and level up quicker as well as having effects dedicated to them, with Horde and Beacon being examples, and it can't be ignored Horde is a t1 tome so you can get it turn 1. With that and the HP increase across all T1s, I decided to not give them a damage boost.

* Tier 4 units had their status resistance reduced from 7 to 6
* Tier 5 Units had their status resistance reduced from 11 to 8.

The Base HP of each tier has increased/decreased by the following amounts:
Tier 1: +10
Tier 2: +10
Tier 3: The same
Tier 4: -5
Tier 5: -5

Effectively, this changes the HP gaps between each tier:
Tier X vs Tier Y = Base Game HP Gap -> HP Gap with my Mod
Tier 1 vs Tier 2 = 10 -> 10
Tier 2 vs Tier 3 = 20 -> 10
Tier 3 vs Tier 4 = 20 -> 15
Tier 4 vs Tier 5 = 20 -> 20

The difference in leveled HP is also drastically reduced
Tier X (at max rank) vs Tier Y (at max rank) = Base Game Max Rank HP Gap -> Max Rank HP Gap with my mod
Tier 1 vs Tier 2 = 20 -> 10
Tier 2 vs Tier 3 = 30 -> 10
Tier 3 vs Tier 4 = 30 -> 15
Tier 4 vs Tier 5 = 30 -> 30

Q&A
Will this work mid-game?
Disclaimer: This works on saved games, but Tier 1s and Tier 2s already at Legend Rank will not be retroactively affected. Only Tier 1s and Tier 2s that become legend rank after subscribing to this mod will be affected.

Does this work for modded units?
Yes, this will work for any and all units that are modded.

Doesn’t that make Tier 2 really close to Tier 3?
Stat-wise, yes, but Tier 3 units will still do more damage and usually has an extra ability than any of their Tier 2 counterparts of the same unit type. This will put more emphasis on synergy.

Why isn’t Tier 3 included?
Some people would consider them “low-tier” for endgame purposes but since they do not require Imperium as upkeep, I decided that it wouldn’t be fair for them to gain the stats of Tier 4 units. Especially since I personally feel that the power disparity between t3 and t4 isn’t that large compared to t1 to t2 and t2 to t3.

T1s should be getting a bigger buff
If you want to do a T1 spam build, I recommend combining this with my Tome of the Beacon Buff and Tome of the Horde Buff mod. After that, by simply picking Tome of the Horde for the Hero Skill and Tome of the Beacon for Mighty Meek with this mod will do the trick. If you managed to get a Hero with the Hero of the Meek hero skill, even better.

Compatibility
This is ONLY not compatible with mods that edit unit TIERS so thing's that edit specific units or unit TYPES, such as LevelUp - Unit Medal Overhaul will work with this mod.

This has been updated so that T4's have 6 Status Resistance and T5's have 8 Status Resistance.

Well, its on the Shadow T5 tome, so you don't want it to become useless because it never procs given it doesn't scale on missing HP anymore and is base 60%. You make it 30% and it just becomes a damage spell.

With that being said, I'm thinking on 6 and 8. Been testing 5 and 8 atm.
