Description
Mod adds Global Chat and makes it available only when you have a enabled Transceiver in your inventory
This is Standalone mod based on SchanaModGlobalChat

Recommended increase the spawn rate of Personal Radio

- Global Chat is now available only when the Transceiver is turned on
- The Transceiver must now have a power source
- The Character will now let you know why they can't use Transmitter

Global Chat is still visible when radio is off. It is also visible even if I don't have a radio.

SchanaModGlobalChat has the same problem (this only happens when the radio is on)

Здравствуйте. Есть проблема. Когда игрок избавляется от рации, он продолжает видеть глобальный чат. Можно ли как то это пофиксить. Спасибо)
