Backpack extension pack

adds "backpack straps" for carrying tools,weapons and backpack at the same time.
compatible with vanilla backpack.

contained :

Backpack straps :
1 slot for backpack,medium size item,ammo box
2 slots for weapons,backpack modules,small size items
(small size items with max-stack of 1,not suggested to use this straps this way but this function is here in case someone need want to)

Utility module :
can be attached to the "backpack straps" for increase capacity
(max-stack of 1,one in each slot in the backpack straps)
9 slots for small items

Fire extinguisher module :
can be attached to the "backpack straps" for easy carrying
(max-stack of 1,one in each slot in the backpack straps)
one small single handed fire extinguisher

note : Items contained in side backpack straps won't shown when the backpack straps is equipped,i haven't found a way to make them stay visible.
