This is the successor to my prior submod, Hart Surgery, intended on fixing old bugs and balance issues for USA, South Africa, and other old!TNO minor nations.

-Bugfixes for the Haitian Civil War, and the ability to skip it as long as Trujillo is six feet under
-Hart presidency fixes and balancing from Hart Surgery Patch
-Extremism in America is now an actual threat, regardless of presidency
-Minor rework of Schenck's Free Angola path
-And many more detailed in the Change Notes

Updated for The Crow and the Bull v1.8.0b. Won’t work with other submods that modify USA, or any proxy nations that’s involved in the following proxy wars:
