Better Yalta conference

Description
Mod that adds an event for the Yalta conference if a nation owning Yalta or one of its allies and another major nation and its allies not owning Yalta, not being in the same faction as it, of any ideology, control a state of Germany being at war with Germany, and Germany has a surrender progress of over 40%.

By default, the game rules of the mod are set such that the experience is the same as vanilla, however, you can set them, such as:
  • If the nation requires to be the master of a faction. On by default.
  • If when a country capitulates and is part of the treaty, it is directly a puppet of one of the signatories, or a neutral nation is created. Off by default.
  • Whether the signatory countries can directly set up a government in Germany even if the war is not over. Off by default.
  • If an event occurs at the end of the war to respect the Yalta Treaty in terms of territorial divisions. Off by default.

They have several possibilities for the Yalta conference:
  • A default one that divides Germany in two, at which point East Germany is slightly larger than the historical one. Existing countries that have a core state next to Germany will be able to claim a state, randomly selected. If the USSR has a claim on Poland, it will be given to the USSR. Available to all.
  • The historic one made by Roosevelt dividing Germany in two. One end of East Germany and East Prussia will be for Poland or the USSR. Requires Roosevelt to be in the nation or an allied nation. If the USSR has a claim on Poland, it will be given to the USSR. If the game is activated to be historical, the option will always be taken by default.
  • The Morgenthau Plan, which divides Germany into three parts, one of which is an international zone. Parts of the territory will be ceded to France, Denmark, Poland and the USSR. If the USSR has claims on Poland, it will be given to Poland. Requires Morgenthau to be in the nation or an allied nation.
  • The Churchill Plan which divides Germany into three, with South Germany being the Danube Confederation. Poland will remain as it is. Only East Prussia will be given to Poland and the USSR. Requires Churchill to be in the nation or an allied nation.
  • The de Gaulle Plan which disunite Germany. France get the Rhineland, and Sardinia-Piedmont. Poland gain only East Prussia and Silesia. The USSR get the East of Poland if they have a claim and a part of East Prussia. Requires de Gaulle to be in the nation or an allied nation.

If you have debugging enabled, you'll be given every possible option at the peace conference, and the AI will always accept, even during the Yalta treaty compliance event, unless you're at war with them of course. What's more, it has a decision to start the war early.

    English and French translation only.

For state modders, here are the state flags you can put in the states to better adjust the states:
    • is_germany_capital
      and
      is_germany_capital_2
for the German capitals (usually East Berlin and West Berlin), have global flags
      germany_capital_united
      and
      germany_capital_divided
already setup to update name of Berlin.
    • is_austria_capital
      and
      is_austria_capital_2
for the capital cities of Austria (usually East Vienna and West Vienna), have global flags
      austria_capital_united
      and
      austria_capital_divided
already setup to update name of Vienna.
    • is_yalta_state
for the state of Yalta city
    • yalta_<destination>_p_<plan>
      • <destination>
        to be replaced by
        • claim
: Claim of a random country
        • pol
          : Polish claim
        • soviet
          : Soviet claim
        • france
          : French claim
        • denmark
          : Danish claim
        • wgr
          : West German claim
        • intz
          : German International Zone claim
        • sgs

        • ddr
          : East German claim
        • ngs
          : North German claim
      • <plan>
        to be replaced by
        • default
        • historical
        • morgenthau
        • churchill
        • gaulle

    For Germany, add
    core_
    before
    <destination>
if you don't want to put any claims.

    They have also
    yalta_historical_occupation_<country>_<controller>
    for historical occupations, where:
    • <country>
      to be replaced by
      • germany
        for Germany
      • austria
        for Austria
    • <controller>
      to be replaced by
      • SOV
        for Soviet Union
      • FRA
        for France
      • ENG
        for United Kingdom
      • USA
        for United States

I do a submod example here.

Also for modders, in case, they have a country flag
    is_german_country
to know if it is a German nation.

Yes @dorito nacho.
For the last "Large Event Windows", it is because, you can't see all the option if you have many choice. If I knowing how to made a "event type" to have only this event for have a larger windows, it would be very useful.

France didn't get Rhineland, only Moseland and Saarland. Otherwise, it is implemented. It is only on the screenshot, France didn't get any points. But on the screenshot of a quick test with state mods, you can saw it.
Note: For Baden-Würtenberg, you need a state mod, because the state doesn't exist in vanilla.
