DESCRIPTION:
First of all, I want to thank all the contributors who supported this project until its final version.

CADET EDITION: REMASTERED is for all players and has translations for all the original languages ​​of the game. This modification was made mainly for experienced players who are looking for a more nostalgic gameplay, or for beginners who don't want to spend so much on DLCs or are already satisfied with the base version of the game and want to add something more.
It was a professional volunteer work, with this new update it became compatible with the new base version of the game. I hope you like it and rate it and be kind and polite in the comments... Have fun.

Jeff™...Thank you very much for enjoying the MOD... The purpose of CADET EDITION: REMASTERED is for beginner players who don't want to spend so much on DLCs and have a much more complete base version of the game or for experienced players who already have the DLCs and want to return to a more nostalgic gameplay with many professional innovations that are not in the original game... And about slicing the MOD into several submods it would be a lot of work to keep them updated with the same professional quality that you find here.

wish there were sub mods for some of the features that can be used (more commanding officers etc) the mod itself is very good. I just like playing with all the dlc enabled

Before downloading the MOD, read the description... It's very well explained.
DLCs up to WTT i.e. the new base version of the game, not compatible with later DLCs ok.

So now you have to play your mod by deactivating the DLC

Very great mod, must try even for those with DLC, simply disable it and try the mod, guarantee you will enjoy.

Very clean vanilla rendition. Just switch off the DLC and go back in time.

I cannot comment about figures and models as I play with NATO, but the map is a gem and the scrolling is wonderful.

I have found it benefits from the square division mod and also helps to have a good icon mod to help you clarify your armies and fleets rather than using those vanilla icons that look like toothpaste squeezed from a tube.

The mod takes longer to load than you might expect. I think this helps to illustrate the actual work that has gone into making it so pleasant to use. Just because it looks like vanilla does not mean it is vanilla. It has some very thoughtful elements that I really like.

I will certainly be using it as a trainer for younger players and then I might be able to see what the figure graphics actually look like. Who knows they might even use a nuke ^^
