please update
You would have to manually copy the old mod in your steam ARMA 3 main installation dir. Just extract the folder "@LRX_Template" from the zip and paste it there. NOT into !Workshop folder but into main ARMA 3 folder (steamapps/common/arma 3).
Afterwards you start the launcher and if you do not see auto-added mod named "LiberationRX Mod Template Pack", use launcher's "+ local mod" button to select if from your ARMA 3 installation folder. Then just use it in the list of active mods.
DO NOT have as at the same time active newest steam's version of LRX Template.
it's fixed now, please update the LRX_Template mod
