A submod for Anime History.
Anime History changed the portraits of the leaders of Germany and Japan, but I think the new portraits are not good-looking, gloomy like zombies, so I made this mod to change the portraits of the leaders of Germany and Japan.
I took the old portrait of the Japanese leader from "Kaiserreich Anime Mod: Moereich!", but I couldn't find the old portrait of the German leader, so I had to replace it with a new nice portrait.
