Mechtrauma Unstable - JSV Patch

This is a patch i made to make mechtrauma unstable become compatible with the JSV Piranha submarine which is a modification of the vanilla barsuk submarine i made. It changes a few things

-Diesel cans last longer
-Oil filters and oil cans last longer
-Bearing and the blue pumps for steam boiler last longer
-The oxygen tank stations make "SHHHHHH" sound again
-Electrical panels are no longer flashing red for no reason even without overvoltage
-Status Console is compatible with Navigation chair now
