Removed KM, and the error simply changed to a different one. Reddit post aimed the blaim at HeadHunter. Removed that one, and the error changed yet again, but still a freeze in the same place.
I have a feeling the true cause is a corrupted record it's trying to read at that moment, and in doing so crashes whatever process happens to be accessing the record at the time. Save file is probably trashed. Thanks paradox.
The mod only does not work when there is a conflict with another mod.
You press the "MP" button next to the knight manager widget to activate multiplayer functionality. Just tell your mates to not press it again to deactivate it ;)
