35 Days Soviet Focus

Everything is explained on the title. To be honest, i just wanted to do it for myself because i feel that the soviet focus tree is really too long for this game and since others mods about this kind of stuff doesn't work for me. I decided to do it myself. I extracted it for my own private modpack so some people can enjoy it too if you like. I will keep it updated if it's needed.

Changelog :

- Every focus can be done in 35 days
- No waiting for the great purge duration in the stalin path.

If there is any bug or some focus who stayed on 70 days. Please, tell me.
