Does this include the patches for mods No longer included in the modpack, like UniUI?

OK, figured it out. You need to understand that I've never used that feature before which is why I was so confused about the JSON files.
For anyone that may need this info:
1) Go to playsets
2) Click the drop-down menu of the selected playset
3) Click import playlist
4) Drag and drop the latest JSON file (currently: CM for 1.8.1 Robe Ultimate Rev8) into the pop-up that appears
5) Wait for mods to be downloaded and/or uploaded and automatically load ordered.

This is a Compatch for Curated Modlist, which is linked in the description. On the list page, you will find a description of how to ímport it in your Paradox Launcher

Is there a video or other links that clearly describe how to install this? I originally downloaded/activated all the listed mods (Africa Plus through Taberna Attributes) and then had this CCCM rev8 last. Game always crashed at start up. Exploring the links I see json files to download but no clear instructions on what do do with them after downloading them. Do I place them in the CK3 main folder? How am I supposed to run them? The descriptions make it seem like this might be a script that just downloads these mods again, is that correct? If so, do I need to use these json files if I already downloaded these mods for this revision?
