If you are using a preset you will need to keep the original wallpaper.

is there a way to delete the angled waves cuz im using the black and white one and i dont want my angled waves

It should be smooth. Check your frame rate.

I used the wallpaper engine editor and some art assets. It may be possible to make something like this using scripts as well.
