Tweaks and Rebalance v1.1

Description
A collection of tweaks aiming to achieve a more realist penetration over distance, now armor really matters.
It also aims to make useful some units that weren't.
Theres a couple of tweaks too, no more disappearing tanks on your sight, no more invisible cannons if they shoot you, no more invisible soldiers on the bushes.
And every little HE shells (from 20 to 45mm) now really deal damage to infantry. (the T-60 is overkill)
It does also improves artillery and mortars, as big as they are, they are much more precise at close range and now have a chance to score some hits at long range.

We're also open to discussions, balance changes and constructive criticism are welcome

Hello,
It only tweaks vanilla vehicles, SO technically YES, but only vanilla vehicles/cannons included in Valour
Maybe we'll port it with Valour, if interested :)

Slopes are a bit broken and i'm not sure why. (There's a file controlling them but it's both cryptic and messy, can't do much, sorry!)
KV are quite OP too, you may need to take a good aim (hint : Turret near the cannon, the lowest plate of the front hull, or sides)
You can see in the changelog what has been added or tweaked.

We didn't change the intensity of the explosions, it wasn't the most important.

The problem is also that the tank areas are artificially overarmored by the developers.
It seems rather complicated coming from my colleague Lumillex.
