Hello,
It only tweaks vanilla vehicles, SO technically YES, but only vanilla vehicles/cannons included in Valour
Maybe we'll port it with Valour, if interested :)

Slopes are a bit broken and i'm not sure why. (There's a file controlling them but it's both cryptic and messy, can't do much, sorry!)
KV are quite OP too, you may need to take a good aim (hint : Turret near the cannon, the lowest plate of the front hull, or sides)
You can see in the changelog what has been added or tweaked.

We didn't change the intensity of the explosions, it wasn't the most important.

The problem is also that the tank areas are artificially overarmored by the developers.
It seems rather complicated coming from my colleague Lumillex.

after the models of T-34 year 43 and 85mm have a shielded hatch at 75mm+ inclination of the structure. In addition, inclined areas at the front of the KV1 and turrets have rounded areas on the KV1 can make you bounce your shells.

i hope this fixes the 88mm being unable to penetrate t-34s and kv-1s without multiple shots
