Graveyards of Empires Update

- Updated the mod to be compatible with latest DLC

As of now, for cosmetic tags like the Austrian Empire and British Republic, you will need to manually input them into console. By using: set_cosmetic_tag <country tag> <name of tag>
i.e.

set_cosmetic_tag ENG ENG_republic

Hello! Could you make a separate mod for only the country names because the country names i think its the best of the mod
