This mod is bugged, if UK capitulates (without scripted peace) the puppets break, Decisions wont do anything and for some reason ostland cant form

just wanted to say that serbia is called siberia for some reason. Instead of Reichskommissariat re always broken. + you should make that the defeated soviet union can't join any faction
