Description
This mod has one point;
I developed this mod for more options between for my friends in our MP games. I hope you guys would like it too.
SP/MP Compatible

I ADDED MISSILES CAN BOMB GROUND AND NAVAL TARGETS IN THIS MOD TOO

I just seperate this tools from my "WW2: Modern Borders" mod and i left it to the people choice if they want it or not.
!You can play with this mod in vanilla and my mod. other mods will cause crash but can be playable.!

-New Buildings (Research Center, Farm Crops, Courthouse, Steel Mill, Tungsten Factory)
-Make states core options
-New government laws and ministers
-Extra diplomatic options
-Take/Pay Debt. (Greece Simulator)
-Investing industry

@Toykan I think you should make the Farm building icon more green. I have neglected it several times because I thought that it was unavailable because it looked grayed out.

how do i demand a state? i want a state from romania and i'm FAR stronger then them, i also have the political power to do so, i'm neighbouring them aswell, but the button to demand it doesn't let me click it, it works only on puppeted states that are mine

I suspected that someday this would change due to "disbalance", but is there any way to return to the previous version?
