Description
This is a modified copy of Mike Dude's Firely, but it is still Vanilla. He built a fantastic ship and it was purely his design; I just made a few modifications so my Shuttles and the Mule I made can dock to it. And... maybe a few other surprises. Both shuttles and Mule are included, or you can download them alone below.

Modification notes:
  • Mule is atmosphere only, so not wise to unlock in space
  • Make sure the thrusters are all off for shuttles and Mule while docked
  • This version does not require "Thruster Damage" to be off
  • The shuttles should come down near the middle of the wing to find the connector
  • once they are latched they will retract into their sockets
  • Make sure the mag plates for docked ships are locked once docked
  • Jump seat near the neck of the ship (quick in/out cockpit)
  • Added 8 deployable Cry Baby countermeasures in Serenity's neck (4th Hotbar)



Mule Features:
  • Mule uses a hoverscript to keep it at height
  • You can adjust the height, top speed, and other settings
  • Turn off hoverscript before going into Serenity
  • Mule uses a hinge as its docking mechanism, it is 6 and 7 on Mule's Hotbar
  • Magplates at the front for grabbing things



Endo/Exo Shuttle Features:
  • Separate cockpit and passenger area
  • Oxygen - airtight - throughout (when the interior door is closed)
  • Bottom connector
  • Doors on both sides
  • Cryopod inside
  • Survival Kit inside
  • Retractable wings
  • Full compliment of cockpit readouts



Inara's Shuttle Features:
  • Separate cockpit and passenger area
  • Oxygen - airtight - throughout (when the interior door is closed)
  • Bottom connector
  • Doors on the left side only
  • Full interior to match her ship insides
  • Survival Kit inside
  • Retractable wings
  • Full compliment of cockpit readouts

@Thedarkpickle, I updated the blueprint which should have fixed the problem. What I think was causing it was the main cockpit (the one on the right side in the canopy area) had the "Main Cockpit" switch turned on. That means only that cockpit will allow control. One other thing you may have to do is select all the blocks in the menu and set them to yours and then recompile the program block for the thrusters if it is not working. I hope that helps!

Pasted it in space and got right in the cockpit, it was not set as a station

@Thedarkpickle, Did you by chance paste it into the ground or set it as a station? If so dig it out and/or change it back to a ship.

I can't get it to move or turn

Lots of updates with new blocks as well as added the ATV. Also, there is a new speaker small grid ramp so getting in and out with vehicles is much easier. I also added a push button outside so if you need to open the ramp door you can now.

I also discovered Mike Dude's Serenity and made a few attempts at modifying/tinkering with it. Wasn't best pleased with my efforts. I'll def compare your version against his original and mine. Your complement of small craft are excellent. I found them a while back, but missed your Serenity modification. If it's as good as your mule and shuttles, it'll be a treat!

Everyone should be sure to also go like/comment Mike Dude's original take on this, b/c it's such a great foundation.
