1. A pawn gets hit in melee by B pawn (A pawn has a high move speed)
2. A pawn runs away and B pawn gets 0% evasion rate so no range shots land on B pawn.
3. After the melee cooldown of B pawn, B pawn starts moving and the evasion rate goes to normal
the mod list is only harmony ,character editor ,and vcr with every dlc.
A MO Masterwork Plasteel Full Plate has 120 sharp 58 blunt defence. So a Masterwork Plasteel longsword with 71% sharp pen dunk the full plate to 50% (50% immune 50% halved). A Masterwork Steel Two-Handed Hammer with 69% blunt pen drop it to 0% (100% damage taken). With he value nerfed to 1.5, the sword and the mace drop to ~52%, more reasonable. Persona/Possessed weapon are still anti-armour monsters.
With the lack of modern-sci-fi high end armour, the "nerf" feels better.
