Improved LOD

Description
This mod is a submod of HV Reskin, but works independently.
It is a movie pack, may not be displayed in a custom mod manager.

It reduces the quality degradation caused by the LOD when zooming in the camera. (In other words, it increases the distance at which quality degradation begins.)
So it may affect on the performance but I don't expect it to be serious.

In my case, when this mod is enabled/disalbed, the average FPS by benchmark are as follows.

Enabled : 57
Disabled : 58

You can place this mod anywhere.

@Quiescent
I haven't checked it since the dlc update, so I'm not sure - does it happen without the other mods?

I'm still seeing model degradation when zooming in and out even with this mod active. Do I have to do any configuring or set a specific graphics setting for it to work?

about fps, I have found out that although normally it does not affect much. During siege battles (Cathay Gate Battles, while looking at the city, if I am not looking at the city fps is again normal) it affects fps as much as 30. My fps has risen after only disabling this mod though it may somehow be an entirely different thing.

That mod seems to get rid of LODs, this mod is to relax the LOD.
