CCNet Nations 2 Mod

CCNet Nations is a minecraft geopolitical server in which players create their own nations and towns, and engage in diplomacy, trade and warfare on a 1:1000 scale earth map. This mod is heavily inspired by the politics of this server from March 2021 - August 2021.

The mod features 7 major nations, the Nordic Confederation, the Teutonic Order, the Oceanic Empire, the American Syndicate, Spain, Shinseistan and Japan (whichever side of the Japanese civil war wins). Alongside the majors, there are 12 minor nations with unique focus trees with a variety of political paths and deep history.

The focus of this mod is around the events that took place on CCNet in April and May 2021, known by those who were involved as the Nordic Wars. This was a series of wars fought between the Nordic Confederation and almost every other major nation on the server, which concluded in stalemate but saw many Nordic victories. Some of the paths and characters of the mod are drawn from other periods of time on the server, before and after the Nordic Wars.

This mod was almost entirely developed by myself, but some of the graphic design, primarily the flags of majors, was done by RiceBoy. I took some inspiration for features in the mod from the Road to '56.

It is strongly recommended that this mod is played with all DLCs enabled, as it was designed with the assumption that the player would have all DLCs. At the very least, Together For Victory, No Step Back, By Blood Alone and Man the Guns are required.

Heavy inspiration was also taken from Road to 56 for certain mechanics and features in the mod.
