I ignored the volume higher,the quality worse and promise that i will fix this soon.
You should be able to fix this issue by using Audacity, import the default and SF2 sounds, and match the SF2 sounds to the length of the default audio.
This is also a common issue with arise in L4D2, and there's guides available that you can use to fix the screeching bug:
