NNOBBs - Never obsolete AI lords and heroes

Description
This mod will award experience to all AI lords and heroes at regular intervals to ensure that they remain relevant and challenging throughout the campaign.

Generic lords and heroes are unable to advance beyond the level of your faction leader.
Legendary lords and heroes have no such restrictions.
Generic lords and heroes progress at a slightly slower rate than their legendary counterparts (70% of the legendary rate).

If you have MCT installed, you can configure the above parameters, including the XP gain rate, if you feel it should be slower or faster. The XP gain rate can be set differently for legendary and generic, hero and lord.

For multiplayer, the average rank of the player faction leaders is used for the generic cap.

The mod awards 2500 xp every 4 turns, which will take an AI legendary lord (assuming no xp from other sources) to level 10 in about 26 turns and to level 40 in about 210 turns. In a game the AI legendary lords get a lot of xp from "playing" the game, so it should actually go much faster. The last 10 levels are not assisted by this mod.

This mod is a port of WH2 NNOBBs mod that does the same thing but now for both generic and legendary lords and heroes.

The mod is safe to add or remove at any time.

@キャンディーアップル: MCT is up in the top left of the screen, in a menu similar to the in-game menu.

I need to the check the logic of the xp gain. But as said before the xp gain from this mod is small increments, you are not going to see a lord jump far ahead of you from this mod. This mod helps the lords lagging behind you not staying at extremely low levels. And if you still think this mod does give too much, please just adjust the rate modifier with MCT. :-)
Enemy Lords respawn with more levels than me even after I have defeated them.
Ideally, if your mod could pause XP gain while a lord is dead, that would be great.
@Trubble Can you tell me where to find the MCT screen?
I only know its location once the campaign has started.

@キャンディーアップル: If you configure with MCT in the screen before selecting campaign, it should save it for future campaigns.

This mod does not put the lords ahead by much. Lords that are ahead are so because they win a lot of battles with their initial army, nothing to do with this mod. This mod mostly nudges the lords a little, which is not much compared to winning battles, but enough to keep some lords for staying eternally on very low level.
When changing the values in the mod manager, do we have to set them back every time we start a new playthrough?

Can you lower the base values, all lords have 10 or 20 levels more than you.
Killing a lord, then seeing that same lord respawn with more levels than you is not a great feeling.
