Redder World: A Red World Submod

Description
A submod for Red World, I created it initially because of the limitations of the generic focus tree.

GENERIC FOCUS TREE CHANGES:
- You can go down any part of the political tree, regardless of ideology. Various focuses added for new bonuses and to change ruling party.
- Army, naval and air trees reworked.
- You can intervene in the Libyan Civil War in the foreign affairs tree.

The lines that show prerequisite status in the generic tree are off. In every case, they branch off to the side even if there is no focus there, leading to "T" structures across the focus tree. In comparison, normal Red World trees have "L" structures when there is no other focus
