More Accessory Slots (More Accessories)

Description
Adds up to 50 additional accessory slots (default 3) - completely configurable!
Also adds a setting to allow any accessory in vanity slots (default disabled).
Additionally, you can specify a number of "vanity only" slots to add!
Fully supports loadouts if desired!

I missed having vanity accessories when using other mods that make vanity slots functional, so my solution was to just add more slots.

FAQ:

Q: Compatibility with AntiSocial?
A: Their steam page states "Modded accessory slots are also affected, there is a config toggle for this behavior as well." - so it probably works.

Q: Compatibility with Extra Accessory Slots?
A: It probably works.

Q: Why only 50 maximum additional slots?
A: Random number.

Q: How to specify the number of slots?
A: In the mod settings, the same as any other mod. Can even be done mid-game.

Q: Multiplayer?
A: Should work.

Q: Can you add X or do Y?
A: Probably, but there are no plans to expand the scope of this mod beyond what it currently is.

Version History:

Version 1.5.1: Removed the erroneous test accessory slot that was causing one additional slot to appear.
Version 1.5.0: Update for new 'HasEquipmentLoadoutSupport' property on accessory slots. New option in mod settings: 'Enable Loadout Support'. Updated setting to allow up to 50 slots. Removed incompatability block with ExtraAccSlots (it probably works). Built for tML v2025.6.3.0 / Terraria 1.4.4.9
Version 1.4.3: Network Bugfix
Version 1.4.2: Update to tModLoader v2023.12.5 Preview and v2023.11.3.3
Version 1.4.1: Fixed bug causing effect duplication from accessories in modded slots
Version 1.4.0: Added support for tModLoader 1.4.4
Version 1.3.1: Added incompatability check for "Extra Accessory Slots". The two mods do not work with one another.
Version 1.3: Hopefully corrected error where characters would show as corrupted.
Version 1.2: Changed logic to allow for changing slot counts ingame rather than requiring main menu and reload.
Version 1.1: Added option for vanity-only slots. These slots replace functional slots added by this mod.
Version 1.0: Initial Release

Im trying to put on the evasion scarf but it says that it is conflicting with another accessories even when I take everything off is there a fix?

@gijsvandenheerik after lowering the count, picking the accessories out of the slots should make them disappear

is there a way to remove the extra slots after they are added? i had a character that i gave extra slots but wanted to return to the regular amount of slots. but the extra slots did not disappear once i changed the mod config to a lower number.

@Smooth Loadout support was added by tModLoader, so mods adding more loadouts would need tModLoader to recognize this.

Is there any way to make this compatible with one of the mods that add extra loadouts? When I swap between loadouts 1, 2, and 3 the mod works fine, but if I swap to loadout 4, 5, etc. the accessories in the extra slots added by this mod don't change. I do have loadouts support enabled in the config

Is there any way to only get more accessory slots and not the rest of the slots that comes with it, so the screen don't get so cluttered?

Hey sorry to bother but does this allow for multiple vanities to overlay eachother? like allowing a hat, horns, and glasses at the same time?

@Aeryn Thank you for your answer. Due to translation issues, I always thought that setting would only be used in multiplayer mode. Now my problem has been solved. Thank you very much.:steamhappy:

@D+ ZERO I'm pretty sure the term you're referring to is Loadouts, which can be enabled in the settings.

@heosphorous93 Not sure why it would be incompatible with anything, it's a very simple mod. Might be that one of those other mods is doing something funky.

Sorry to bother you. Recently, I encountered a part of this mod that I'm not sure if it's a bug. Previously, when switching accessory configurations, all accessories were switched. However, recently when switching accessory configurations, only the original accessory section is switched, and items added to the accessory section cannot be switched. Is this a bug or a code conflict? I hope to receive an answer, thank you.:steambored:
