The map is in the "payload race / CTF" mashup style, where the flag gets easier to capture over time to combat turtling.

1. Then download it on TF2Maps page
2. nav_generate for bots. If they don't move, means map doesn't support bots

It's nice that you finally uploaded the map to the workshop, but again as they've stated below there's a lot of textures missing for it to be approved for the game (but than again, Valve is terrible at picking maps).
