May sound a bit of a request,but it's possible to make the flyer spawn "later" or maybe when at least either the AA cannons or the missiles are unlocked?
Disabling Advanced AI shouldn't cause any serious issues.

For some reason It's impossible to complete the turret quest, the one where you need to "defend" the trade terminal from the two enemy turrets. Setting the turret to guard opens the little window but the quest doesn't progress the mission, resulting in the trade terminals being locked out and effectively softlocking the fresh campaign save.
I have these big guard towers set up to defend my stuff, but i noticed that they werent shooting their Venture guided missile pods after i installed this mod, they also wont shoot ay modded weapons. I have a GSO+ navel gun, and it will still aim and tract the target, but wont shoot
