Whip's Retro Thruster Braking Script v5

Description
Please note this is not my script, all credit goes to Whip. I found it in one of his creations WMI Paperboy after reading one of his comments.
Allows Expanse style breaking flipping ship to do so, just create taskbar button for PB and run with toggle argument.

You have to run it with the argument "Toggle".
You can also play around with the #'s at the top to make the flip more accurate.

Anyone that understands how the script works could help me balance this thing so my ship, which uses a heavy subgrid, doesn't swing like a pendulum? If I remove the subgrid, it flips 180 degrees perfeclty.

Thanks for the upload, is there any way to speed up the actions? Like my ship can definitely maneuver faster than that

It not only flips but performs a full burn, In the comment I read by Whiplash he said should remember to release this sometime.
