Pere Marquette 1225

After all these years, we've finally got an American-style steam locomotive up on workshop!
Pere Marquette 1225 is a class "N-1" 2-8-4 "Berkshire" type steam loco built in October 1941 for the Pere Marquette Railway by Lima Locomotive Works in Lima, Ohio. No. 1225 is one of two surviving PM 2-8-4 locomotives, the other being 1223, which is on display at the Tri-Cities Historical Society near the ex-Grand Trunk Western coaling tower in Grand Haven, Michigan.

About this model:
Some of you may find this model is simpler and less detailed than my previous train models, this is because during the making of it there were a few issues which delay the project, therefore it was a bit of a rush since it was near Christmas season. So I apologies for those who are expecting higher quality models!
The only changeable body group on the engine is the main feature between The Polar Express and a Pere Marquette 1225 which can be found in front of its smokebox and whistle. As well as skins which are based on the animated film, the real-life 1225, and Lionel Trains.
Like my previous train models, the animation sequences on the wheels are all the same.

FAQ:

- Can you make (whatever trains in your mind) next? / Which train will you going to make next?
There is a list of trains and other vehicles in mind that I may make in the future. So I can't announce this for now!

- Where are the Polar Express coaches?
Originally the coaches will go with the loco, but since there already a gamecube version of the coaches, this project is shelved.

- Why are the animation sequences are the same?? (As I recently received such comments)
My friends and I have checked the sequences and they work fine. But just in case if you are previewing the sequences within the SFM itself before you importing it, they will show the same animation sequences. So if you really want to preview the animation sequences, I would suggest you to open Model Viewer and preview it before you launch SFM.

(Future) Updates/Fixes:
I would consider this model a beta for now, since there are many things to be refined including textures. So it?s yet to be confirmed.
