For the flaping motion ,you can try 2 sensors : no need of timer block and u can have fast moves with the sensor range
when detect subgrid : reverse hinge in the 2 sensors
switch off 1 of the 2 to break the loop
=)

It does cause some Clang Torque so I'll leave the default blueprint for now till I test it some more
but if anyone wants to try it, like Stormlands said change Hinge Group A to 50rpm
