Description
Hearts of Oak is a total overhaul mod that aims to provide a more complete and balanced World War 2 experience, without over-complicating or compromising balance. It strives to provide great gameplay, within the rich history of the Second World War.

#AI BEING FIXED ATM 2 MORE WEEKS#

The mod is playable in both MP and SP with MP having priority. The AI has been optimized for the mod, and can sustain a strong war economy. Whilst many nations that didn't take part in the war have been cut out for improved performance, extra focus, love and balance have been put to ones that did.
NOTE: Oak is a 30w division mod, with same CW on every tile.

Multiplayer games hosted regularly, though the lobbies tend to be somewhat sweaty...

@Didts Can I ask. How did you manage to adjust the tank tree so all the words fit in? I still can't figure out how to fix that, wondered if you could spare me some advice please?

Gru, I don't think they can. It's possible but few mods try to override it. I dislike the customisation but a lot of people must enjoy it unless they make a submod without the tank designer.

@Didts I appreciate the reply, this is exactly what was happening in my game. If this is all then I suppose there's no real issue to continue playing as long as I help the AI along. Thank you.

Also the issue with ai is that germany cant kill france. If you play germany its ok.

Hi, I'm making a Hearts of Oak - Redux to maintain the orginal mod and hope that I won't step on your toes? If the mod is updated it will only be to Barbarossa as I dislike the new tank and plane creations and prefer HoO style of tank and planes technologies. I'm assuming Hearts of Oak is officially "in the public domain"? I look forward to talking with you.

Have loved this mod for years, but I absolutely refuse to play the sweaty garbage that is multiplayer hoi. Me and my boy tried to play a few days ago with the AI being wonky, what exactly is the issue and are there any real plans for it to be fixed?
