Easy mode

Description
Easy mode for single player.

The mod is focused on the dynamic company and enhances the RPG component, making the fighters significantly stronger with the increase in level and allows you to use captured or simply picked up weapons without restrictions. this also required reducing the impact of randomness in the game.

I made a mod and there are some places where I need to use your icon, can I use it? I'll mark where they come from, I did some, but didn't bother making all the icons, so I used a part of yours

yes this mod makes the game lag its a great mod otherwise

Strange, but after activating the mod I have freezes on some Campaign mission (tested on Cold Supper and Operation Bustard Hunt). After loading game freezes for a half a second after every 5 seconds. Also tested with only this active mod. After deactivating mod game stabilizes
