Alive RHS Faction Compatibility Patch

Description
I went through ALiVE | ORBAT Creator and made RHS usa and russia factions groups compatible with ALive.
Basically I just followed this tutorial:

Credits to SpyderBlack723 in making the awesome video and alive module.

This patch only apply for USAF and AFRF.
