Dynamic Wars altered

Description
Version of Dynamic Wars without the dynamic wars.
Big thx to DeadAir for the original mod and for allowing this changes to be published.
I wont change any functionality or add functionality. It's not my mod, so I won't
extend or bugfix anything and so won't DeadAir too. He is not responsible for this version.
I will in case of updates to the original mod bring them in here.

If you want to rate, rate the original one.

- Only the Extension Menu is available (Faction Information and Diplomacy).
- Changing Relations was lowered to 1000cr no matter what.

Under Options->Extensions Options adds 2 Menu's

Diplomacy: Shows relations and allows to change them for some credits. All relations can be checked and changed. (Player vs AI, AI vs AI)

Faction Information: A Summary of Military and Economic strength of every faction. (known and unknown)

AI vs AI can be changed, but player is missing in list of changeable Diplomacy. ONly AI is in the list... Show relations shows all, but change only AI.

@bardic Knight You can handle that with the in-game tools (for declaring war) or Cheat Menu (for improving relations)

I seem to be unable to change Player v. AI Relations. When I go to the diplomacy menu under extension options, it only allows me to change AI v. AI relations. my faction isn't even present, neither the name I gave it nor as player faction.

I can't change the realtion to less than -5 Why?!
