RimVali: Core

Description
The core functions of RimVali.
This mod does nothing on it's own, however it contains many tools used in RimVali and other mods by me (Nesi),
so rather then re-write them each time, they're kept here.


What does this framework do?

It features a race framework able to use 3 color masks, and a few other things I felt HAR was lacking. (It's by no means a "Do everything" like HAR is, though. It's tailored to be very specific about what it does.)

Adds several tools, such as one for basic animation.

By itself, this mod does nothing.

I wish you the best of luck. A streamer I love to watch used this mod, but I never got around to getting the game. Then a friend got it for me for my birthday and I was happy I get to play with this mod too. Then I saw the errors after loading the game. Can't be my birb with all my feathered friends pew pewing raiders till update. So you have all my best wishes, and if possible cashing in my luck to help you out too!
