Medieval Arts is completely compatible with virtually every other mod, including Holding Sprawl, More Holdings Graphics and Cities of Wonders 3. It is part of CMH. Any compatch created by the community that I am aware of will be published below

Medieval Arts is now officialy translated in all of CK3's supported languages! This includes english, french, german, polish, russian, korean, simplified chinese and spanish. The translations were mostly machine-made and checked by native speakers. Any additional community produced translations I am aware of are linked below:

My favorite part of CK3 is seeing the small Castles grow and evolve, so seeing more 3D content is a god.. Er.. Tengrisend!

What custom city models are in the game currently? i knew about baghdad and rome but I just saw alexandria and cairo so I am wondering what other ones there might be. also very exited for kiev coming soon!

Then it's not compatible, locators are unfortunately very difficult

I've tried it several times and the 3d models (not only the models from MA but also the basegame ones like the Hagia Sophia) dissappear completely from the map.

From what I've been told it's compatible, you just need to place MA below in the mod order
