Vanilla Social Interactions Expanded means to bring much more needed life to your pawns and interactions they have. This mod alters what pawns do in their spare time, puts some extra emphasis on relations tab and adds many mechanics that breathe fresh air into otherwise boring and stale game. Pawns now also have aspirations that can be fulfilled to gain powerful mood buffs, and the whole inspiration system is also changed.

Many new mechanics are added and each of them can be individually disabled if you dislike it, through the power of mod options. We are constantly looking to improve, so if you have any feedback, don’t hesitate to leave a comment and let us know!

We spent a lot of time working on this mod and even more time testing it, but if there are any issues you encounter, please make your way to the Known Issues section for instructions what to do.

Q: Is this mod compatible with Combat Extended?
A: Should be, I hope.

Q: I dislike X mechanic, can I disable it?
A: Yes, mod options.

Q: Do I need Vanilla Expanded framework for this to work?
A: Absolutely.

Q: Does this mod work with Psychology/other mods that change pawn traits etc?
A: Yes, they should.

Q: Can I add it to an ongoing save? Can I remove it?
A: Yes, you can add it whenever you like, however bear in mind removing a mod from an ongoing save is bad practice and can result in save corruption. Always back up your saves when adding new mods!

Q: Does this work with other mods changing inspirations?
A: If another mod changes vanilla inspirations, chances are our mod will be incompatible.

A group of travellers passed by my colony, but one of them is the sister of a pawn in my colony. It would be cool if you could invite a pawn (in this case the visitor, but why not a colony member as well) into a hangout (same kind of stuff as in Dating for example, but without the romance). I guess you could also use this hangout if there are two pawns that you think should be friends, but aren't. Maybe there's an acceptance chance based on relationship and social score?

I have not seen "dating" yet. does it just happen by chance? should I schedule them for recreation together?

I'm having an issue where I am unable to complete some of the aspirations. No matter how much work they do, it never triggers as having been fulfilled.

I'm having that issue with Inspired Mining, Inspired Cooking and the general "wants to do some work" one. I'm not bug reporting it because I assume it is probably a conflict of some type with some other mod. I'm just hoping someone else has experienced it and knows what mod would be the issue?

I've been getting a strange bug where colonists immediately forget all of their memories after saving and reloading the colony, with no other mods installed. I've already submitted a bug report through the Google Form, but I'm curious to see if anyone else if having this issue?

actually nvm, a lot of social memory say never expires, it's just things like Deep talk and slighted that has an expiration date with it. My bad
