[SCRAPPED] Hot Wheels Turbo Racing: Dawn Encounter

Description
This was going to be a recreation of Dawn Encounter from an old hotwheels game. I started this actual years ago (it was going to be my second level) but I lost motivation to do it.
Didn't want to leave a scrap lying around though, so I slapped an endzone down and here it is!
