Description
Seija Kijin, the stage 5 Boss of Touhou 14: Double Dealing Character, has decided to bring some chaos in the World of Aether!

And in order to reverse one Ideology or two, she can counts on her Cheat Items from "Impossible Spell Card"!

=> SPECIALS:

- USPECIAL - Bloodthirsty Yin-Yang Orb :
Hold down the special button and move the yin-yang to where you want to go. Once released, you will teleport to it! Be careful, if you miss the opponent, you will be send into pratfall!
Is cancelable into anything but special on hit.

- DSPECIAL - Four-Foot Magic Bomb :
Set up a bomb that will explode a few seconds later! The explosion can hurt Seija as well, so try to not blow yourself up!

- NSPECIAL - Substitute Jizo + Cursed Decoy Doll :
Use the Jizo to counter an upcoming attack! Once you counter something, you'll leave a Decoy Doll behind you. Sending a foe on it will trigger the doll to attack! It will eventually leave if you make it wait for too long.
Using Uspecial on the Doll will activate it as well, and won't put you into pratfall!
Try to counter your own bomb when you have the occasion!

- FSPECIAL - Change Air Brave:
Works in a similar way as Smash Mario's Fspecial, reversing the foe's direction and momentum and can reflect projectile. It can also be used to turn your field item (Doll and Bomb) upside down, turning them into spike!
Note that using the move on an opponent in hitstun will also reverse their vertical speed.
Is jump and shield cancel-able on hit.

=> STRONGS:

FSTRONG - Miracle Mallet Replica:
A slow but powerful mallet slam!

USTRONG - Tengu's Toy Camera:
Shoot the Foe! This move is very disjointed.
You can change the orientation of the picture by inputting shield!

DSTRONG - Ghastly Send-Off Lantern:
Her fastest and safest strong, with some invincibility frames!

Absolutely love this moveset. Its gimmicks are fun and weirdly balanced. Though I will say the fspecial is a little janky at times by not damaging the original projectile owner, but that’s probably just a compatibility issue with other modded characters.

Speaking of compatibility, I would kill for some Dracula boss stage compatibility because man I adore unique dialogue.

I'm a big fan of this mod and the moveset you have made is very fun to play. The artwork is full of personality and the balance is very good.
The one small issue I have encountered with the mod thus far is that the spark signifying when the bomb is about to explode is not visible on stages with bright backgrounds (diamond grove from the base game specifically) and that makes the self-parry timing very difficult. I would love to see an outline added to it for visual clarity.

theres a problem with down b and where after the first bomb sets off no matter if it hits, if you counter it, or if you flip it your down b will glitch where you dont spawn any bombs and its only the flip in the air. ive tried reinstalling and nothing fixes this

Easily my favorite workshop character for rivals. Top notch animation, good balancing, and a well-thought out moveset. This mod is why Seija became one of my favorite touhou characters, and I love to play as her with my friend. I don't mean to beg, but I think you could do an excellent job with Dark Magician Girl. An odd choice, sure, but I'm fascinated by the idea of her in a fighting game.
