从我另一个mod：装备改装mod中拆分而来

没有修改原版文件，理论上兼容KR以外的所有mod，如果没有起效请留言你使用的mod，我研究一下兼容性

（1）接管傀儡国海军

接管傀儡国海军，无需吞并它，要求傀儡至少一条船，才有决议，花费50政治点数，并且对每个傀儡只能使用一次。

举个例子，英国开局可以接管澳大利亚和加拿大海军，但是印度没船，就不能接管印度海军。

（2）接管战败国海军

要求交战国在停止抵抗前，已经拟好该国的海军接管计划，且该国停止抵抗后向你投降。
如果向别人投降，你的如意算盘就悲剧了。
如果没有把握让敌国停止抵抗时向你投降，就别使用！建议谈判桌上将他傀儡，再使用第一种决议。

出于对KR制作组的厌恶，此mod不再兼容KR，
永不兼容

愿意玩KR请自行修改
