VVER-1000 V-320 nuclear heat- and power plant

This mod is the combined VVER-1000 V-320 nuclear heat- and power plant (NHPP). This plant is based on the already released VVER-1000 V-320 NPP and is now upgraded with a heat extraction application, which is a separate free placeable building to be found under heating plants. I tried it do design the heating part as close as possible to the original originally proposed units. The personal need is close to the original amount needed to run the VVER-1000. The main carachteristics of the plant are as follows:
- 80 workers needed (+30 workers for the heating application)
- 70 engineers needed
- 4720 MWh/d of power (-500 MWh/d for the heating part in case of full heating load)
- 10 High Voltage connections
- 16 big heating connections
- 1 road connection with three loading spaces (for power and heat section each)
- 1 rail connection directly to the reactor unit
- 2 factory connections
- storing space for nuclear fuel containers
- storing space for nuclear waste containers

HOW TO BUILD? First, build the power section of the plant, which can be found unmder the power plant section. Second, build the heating section, which can be found under heating plants. To place it correctly, take a look inside the reactor building. Arrange the cross exactly with the cross inside the rector building and make sure heat connections are on the machine building backside. Important note: You can't build only one section because it will be look ugly, because the heat section comprises the transformer part of the plant, while the rest will be inside the power section.

To make the units more close to the original, this plant will need two cooling towers per unit. The power output will be nearly the same like the VVER-1000 V-320 NPP, but for the NHPP, power supply will be lower when heating load is needed mainly during the cold seasons. During the summer, it's possible to extract the full power of the plant.

HOW TO BUILD IT ORIGINALLY? So it's very easy. The plants originally arranged in a row with 210 meter spacing betwen the axis of each unit. So one rectengular tile of the map is 10x10 meter, so you need to count 21 of it to get 210 meter for spacing.

These power plants where build in Russa, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Czech Republic - some units where cancelled or never build because of the collapse of the USSR. During the soviet times, 6 possible nuclear heat- and power plants where proposed for Odessa, Minsk, Kharkov and later for Kiev, Leningrad and Volgograd. After the Chernobyl accident in 1986, because of new siting laws, all combined generation plants of this type where cancelled because of the need for close siting to large cities.
