Expanded HRE

Description
This is the Improved HRE mod. It aims to add more features and simply make it easier and more fun to play the HRE. Enjoy!

Current Features:

- Germany can form the HRE regardless of leader, upon completing the focus to Restore the Kaiserreich.
- Expanded decisions to bring back Generals and enlist new ones (such as Victoria)
- New portrait for Wilhelm the III which is more accurate to IRL
- New portrait for Victoria Louise so she doesn't look like a Mackensen roleplayer (less cute portrait, sorry boys)
- Custom general personality traits such as Prussian
- Some more....

Portraits assorted were all taken with permission, Wilhelm the III portrait was commissioned, and I give anyone the full freedom to use the portrait for Wilhelm the III however you want, just DM me and ask for the full resolution version ;)

dude this mod has destroyed hoi4, i when i accidentally deleted it i downloaded it again and now its bugged i can only play this even if i unable it

love it, one problem, i prefere the vanilla makensen and victoria portriats is all. i wonder if its a possibility there could be another version with the normal portrats

Well, Victoria still has got the same portrait, and I don't think changing portraits from vanilla is really a good idea, since it kills this vibe of drawn portraits
