Description
You can assign any Display to any Gate using the standard ingame assignment function (like you assign Gate Agent Desks to Gates, you will find the Assignment button when you select the Display).* You can assign any number of Gates to your Display.** If you assign more than one Gate, the display shows random information from one of the assigned gates. If you assign no Gate at all, the Gate Information Display only shows the current time of the game day, the Flight Information display shows a flight plan of your entire airport. There is no requirement on where the Display is located, or on which floor. You just have to assign the Display to the Gate.

This is a Script mod. Make sure to enable the mod in Mod Settings if your display stays completely empty after unpausing.

* Due to a limit in the game's modding engine, it's currently not possible to assign a Gate to a Display, but only the other way around: You can only assign a Display to a Gate. After assigning, the assignment lines are visible in both directions, though. It's just that you can't assign it via the Gate's menu. Please use the Display's Assignment menu for the time being.

** Due to a limit in the game's modding engine, the game will currently LOSE ASSIGNMENTS when this mod is TURNED OFF during LOAD or SAVE AIRPORT operations. Make sure the mod is running before load and save.***

V2.0.0 - BIG overhaul. It took a while, and it was not easy, but you can now manually assign Gates using the in game assignment function, currently only on the Display's assigment menu. This means, your Displays for specific gates can be far away from your actual Gate or the Boarding facility, and you have full control over the Display's assignment. After installing this update, all your Displays will only show the time, and all automatic assignments are gone. Please manually assign all Gates you want to display on each specific Display.

What do you want to achieve by rotating? You would not be able to see anything, neither from the sides nor from the back.

The mod Cut off itself and bug, i think there is a lot of things to change but it's a great mod !

Your last patch broke qcs2017/gateinfosign/magatesign2 that I had installed in my airport. Getting a missing mod error. Looks like the json is gone.

@gameblocker This is true and by design. Since this object is 90% made as player eye candy, there is not really a function for a rotated object.
