This is an unfinished wallpaper.
The following content is added according to your preference!

1.Live 2D
Download live2dcubismcore.min.js from https://www.live2d.com/download/cubism-sdk/download-web/, and put it in assets/js/.
Get your SDVX Live2D models from somewhere, and put them in assets/live2d/.
2.BGM
Download BGM from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tBd_QlnYwNg, or any mp3 you want, put it in assets/sound/bgm.mp3.
3.BGA
Get your SDVX testbg2_fhd.wmv from somewhere, or any background video you want, convert it to webm format and put it in assets/background/bg.webm.
4.Background
Get your favorite SDVX wallpaper image, and put it in assets/background/bg.jpg.

You can also use WebStorm to change the source code.
Make a wallpaper that you like best XD

Too poor documentation. Couldn't you be clearer, so normal people can understand the instructions? It's just like half written scribbled something.

to use other models, edit the project.json folder and add them to the list, i had to do this to use the nearnoah beach L2D.

to download live2dcubismcore.min.js, go to the site, click the TOS box.
click the button under "Cubism Core for Web", it will open a wall of text.
ctrl+s into the assets/js/ folder.

when it's all set up, the models run smoothly and it all looks very nice.

for those who don't know (it is explained very poorly), the live2d models come from pirated copies of sound voltex, you can find it on nyaa.si.
also, it's the asset folder in the wallpaper, not wallpaper engine.
