Nearing Morning

Description
Features:
- Couple new Foci for those who have No Step Back.
- New non-communist political sub-tree for those who don't have the DLC.
- Slightly more sensible foreign policy. No arbitrary claims on Rome or Stockholm. No unreasonable grudges against Mongols.
- Patriarch Meletius dies in 1945. If he's a ruler, then Vladimir becomes czar.
- You can now pick imperial capital when restoring it. Four to choose from.
- Two news czars to choose from (including one that PDX inexplicably cut), a fascist and democrat. To have them available as an option during Zemsky Sobor you need to do their respective political foci first.
- Third Rome is less memey. Also, to get Meletius as ruler you need to appoint him as regent first.
- No more inexplicable restoration of Serfdom.
- Option to rehabilitate some Red Army officers after civil war concluded.
- Now Exiles in NSB can sway generals and admirals to their cause (just like left and right opposition).
- Because Far East is so close to Manchuria, Exiles can simultaneously infiltrate several Far Eastern states at once, making early game as them less of hell.
- Great Powers are no longer willing to go to war with Russia to defend independence of strategically important countries such as Udmurtia (reintegrating post USSR break-aways won't lead to war).
- Alternate, more benevolent expansion tree. Abandon unconditional revanchism and attempt to align potentially friendly countries in Balkans if you so desire. Perhaps the new king of Poland will also see the reason...
- Three-way civil war! If civil war drags on long enough, Opposition might take the opportunity to try to remove Stalin.
NEW UPDATE:
- Exiles can now choose to start the uprising in Southern Russia, rather than in Far East. High-risk high-reward option that provides an opportunity for a quick decapitation strike.
- Russia/USSR can evacuate some factories and Victory Points after completing Desperate Measures.

Plans for distant future include:
- Russian Republic, for those so inclined:
- Kerensky as democratic president, early alignment with United States.
- Denikin, either as military dictator, or Russian Cincinnatus.
- Rodzevsky as vodzh of National Russian State, his unhealthy fixation with Swastikas included.
- Add another option for czar, probably Nikita or Dmitri, with largely cosmetic differences from Vladimir.

credit:
- I started this as a hobby without expectation of it ever being released to general public, so I didn't keep track of anything I might've copied from various mods. If you notice something that was made by you, contact me and whether you want it removed or be given credit.
- Some placeholder graphics, mainly leaders and generals were taken from Kaiserreich. Last time I checked, devs said was okay to just give credit to use any parts of the mod. If anything changed since then, let me know and I'll delete them.

@Artist_14, There are different focus tree's for those who have NSB and those who don't. Former get some extra foci on top of new Exile focus tree, latter get my original tree I made ages before NSB was even announced, only updated to new patch mechanics. No paid content will be made available to those who don't have DLC.
Republic won't be in first update after NSB came out, because at this point it'd be devoid of content.

What's this mod about? Forming Russian Empire or Russian Republic without No Step Back DLC?
