Remind that this is an universal package of Japan instead of specify on which airport, contracts and businesses will be collected from numerous airports across whole country.

For restaurants, the contract requires 'object-plural-name.key.stainless-counter'(an absent key) for high-tier restaurants to operate, while the correct key for stainless counter should be 'object-name.key.stainless-counter', causing no such kind of restaurant can be opened
