Perk Pack - A Better Barracks (WOTC)

Description
A pack of 25 (for now) perks used by some of the classes in DerBK's A Better Barracks mod, plus some miscellaneous ones of my own.

I created this mod with the intention of eventually using it with LWOTC, which currently conflicts hard with ABB and many other overhaul mods, but functionally the perks will work with whatever. These perks can be used to mess with existing vanilla or mod classes via ClassData.ini files (or even to make a brand new class). On its own with no edits, this mod will not do anything.

All perks have been tested to ensure they are displaying properly and won't break the game. Almost all of them have been tested for functionality as well (only Interrogator and Trial By Fire need that part confirmed as of right now). Not all of the perks show up in the HUD or when viewing soldier info with F1, but they all will show in the armory.

While I will do my best to address bugs (with whatever help I can get), I will not be addressing balance issues in this release, as I wanted to stick true to the source material.

Requirements:
You need Ketaros 2D Package and Chimera Squad Ability icons otherwise some abilities will be missing icons. If you have Mitzruti's Perk Pack, you don't need Chimera Squad Ability icons (although having both does no harm other than bloat).

Conflicts:
Due to what this mod does, running it alongside A Better Barracks is redundant and potentially disastrous. There are no other conflicts that I know of.

Known issues:
- Anatomy won't show the armor piercing on attack previews, but it will function properly when making the attack.
- Tear Down doesn't show a preview of affected tiles like Remote Start does. It works this way in ABB as well.
- The code is likely full of redundant stuff. This is because I don't know how to code. The best thing I can suggest is to just not think about it.

Future plans:
- Add more perks, once I get past the problems I had with getting them to work.
- Maybe add some more config options. Boundir's Ability Editor already offers quite a bit of control, but if you need something not already handled by those, let me know.

Is it just me, or does this mod's config file lack the XcomClassData.ini file? I want to add these perks to the base game's pool

Not sure if there are issues with how the Entrench ability interacts with the Deep Cover ability or Trench Warfare ability.

Last time I tested Entrench with Deep Cover , Deep Cover did not proc

I love using this mod, the perks are great. And since I'm playing in a campaign that have lots of missions, I was wondering if there a way to nerf ABB_TrialbyFire? Maybe a hard cap on the amount of aim and will a soldier gets from the perk would be cool. Anyway, thanks for posting this mod and making the game a lot better.

@Selevan Open XComGameData_WeaponData.ini replace +PsiAmp with +BioAmp for all three lines (T1, T2, T3). Or JUST copy the original lines and paste them below and replace those. That should let it use both. Make sure this runs after the Biotics class mod.
