4 Turns Per Year with Season Effects

First of all: in vanilla is one year and one season per turn. So that means: first turn, first year, summer. Second turn, second year, autum. Third turn, third year, winder. Fourth turn, fourth year, spring and so on.

That means, every fourth turn, four years have passed but also one more because of that 1/4 of a year every turn. So 4 turns = 5 years

So, for a newborn to come to its 16th year of life, it takes 12 turns (if my math is correct). That means 12 individual chances (i supose it is throu RNG mechanic) for it to die.

With this mod, every year is 4 turns (1 turn per season). That mean, for a baby to come to the 16th year of its life, it now takes 64 turns. That is 64 indivitual chances for it to die.

I played a campain with Macedon with no problem, but i also played a campain with Rome and everything just dies.

Literally no idea what people are referring to when they say this "messes up" the family tree. Did a Rome campaign just fine with multiple generations and a rather wide family tree from adoption and natural children growing into adulthood.

Does this still mess up family tree, and how so? Do they just not breed any more?

unfortunately, the 4tpy mods ruins the family tree system and every dynasty expires around turn 300-400.Can it ever be fixed i wonder...it would be perfect mod

the vanilla is already 4 turns per year. spring summer autumn winter. this mode is uselss
