DAC #16: Surge Redux

Description
Memorize the path.
Race the Surge for the fastest route!

Big fan of surge by backgrounds but the community was sleeping on it due to the visuals. I decided to fix that. While I was in there some minor tweaks to change the flow/challenge were made as well.

Big thanks to Backgrounds for the source material, Jay2a for all the help, and Oman for finding holes I opted to not repair cause I'm lazy.
